Follow-up

To follow up on the status of your report, or provide additional information you may have initially forgotten, simply login to the reporting website using the Report Key you were issued, and the password you were asked to create. 

If you are unable to login online, you may call 1-877-694-2275 (toll-free) to speak with a communications specialist.  Be prepared to give the Report Key and password that were created when you submitted your initial report.
